We offer 3 conference rooms for business meetings
Library
Can accommodate groups of upto six people. The library is comfortably and tastefully furnished with three armchairs, two round tables and wooden chairs
Conference Room
Six tables in an hexagonal formation are able to seat upto twelve people with comfortable armchairs.
Lantern Room
This room is named after its octagonal skylight, and is also octagonal in shape. The Lantern makes it a light and very airy room, and it has good acoustics and a piano. It is furnished with stackable wooden chairs and can seat upto 35 people either in the round or in lecture room style. Folding tables are available on request.
The Conference and Lantern Rooms are divided with a partition which can be opened up to make a larger meeting room.
We can provide:
- A flip chart or white board with markers.
- A projector for a small fee
- Tea, coffee and biscuits during refreshment breaks (optional and can be provided at a small charge)
- Lunch at the Gate Vegetarian Restaurant (optional and can be provided at a small charge)
